I developed Psoriasis at the age of 21 and no one in my family had any history of psoriasis or any other serious skin disorder.Hence, I am a firm believer that my psoriasis management is more or less related to my food habits and life style.
Smooth elimination of body toxins on daily basis is one of the top most priority for me on this journey of holistic healing of psoriasis.
I believe that if:
- I would eat good nutritious food omitting all allergic foods
