Take this example- if you understand the health benefits of omega 3 for psoriasis, then you would definitely continue taking them even if they don’t give you any immediate results. And, using a dietary supplement like omega 3 in the long term would definitely give you immense benefits.
On the other hand, just a one line information would not motivate you to try omega 3 for long term if you don’t get any results quickly.
Hence, it is my humble request to everyone here on this blog- just don’t follow anyone’s advice blindly; understand the thing first and then judge using your own conscience if it inspires you or not. Only then take a decision to try it or let it go.
